Your first sessions are focused on understanding you, your story, and what you want support with. You do not need to know exactly what to say. Your counsellor can help guide the conversation. Opus Therapy Group offers individual counselling in Abbotsford for clients across the Fraser Valley, including Chilliwack, Aldergrove, Mission, and surrounding communities. Sessions may be available in person or virtually, depending on the counsellor and your needs.
